Job Description:

As a software development leader, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact initiatives for PayPal India and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end development life cycle of web and mobile products and features.
  • Manage daily activities of the engineering team working on Agile scrum model.
  • Be highly customer-centric and deliver customer delight through products and features.
  • Act as a bridge between product and technology teams.
  • Demonstrate team and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for an experienced software development leader with a solid understanding of Web platforms, scripting technologies, and expertise in Java/J2EE or C++.

Experience with building large-scale web and mobile-based software is essential. Strong object-oriented programming skills and knowledge of databases such as MSSQL/Oracle are required.

Mobile programming experience in Android/iOS and exposure to Python or Scala or NoSQL are also desired.
