A Performance Marketing Executive is required to work closely with the Head of Acquisition and oversee SEM/Facebook campaigns as well as media buying initiatives to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts to define and achieve ROI and volume objectives through SEM, SMM, and acquisition strategies.
  • Manage internal resources or external agencies to deliver, monitor, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against set targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance by market and develop new creative options in collaboration with the brand team.
  • Work on forecasting target assumptions during quarterly and annual budget periods, liaising with Design, Technology, and Finance teams.
  • Identify data trends and insights, and optimize spends and performance based on these findings.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Develop innovative growth strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities.
