Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute booking requests with liners, ensuring seamless communication with customer service teams.
  • Update shipment booking files in our system with additional information, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare HBL drafts and S.I preparations for sailing shipments, adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Fulfill all types of advance cargo manifest requirements, including AMS/ACI/ENS/AFR/CAAT/ISF.
  • Resolve operation issues and escalations, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Release MBLs within stipulated timeframes without additional charges, aligning with country SOPs.
  • Send pre-alerts to overseas offices within specified timeframes.
  • Determine charges for services requested, collect payments, and arrange for billing.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience from a Custom Clearance background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills and Qualifications
  • A result-oriented and target-driven professional with a strong ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Logysis/Visual Impex – Custom software and MS Office.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
