Civil Engineer – International Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our international operations team. This role combines civil engineering expertise with international client interaction, focusing on project management, estimations, and construction processes.

  • Job Type: Full-Time, Office Based Only.
  • Work Timings: 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST (Aligned with Australian Time Zone).
  • Experience Level: 2 to 5 Years (Not More Than 5 Years).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of civil construction, plumbing, roofing, and take-offs, along with a strong understanding of business operations. Key Responsibilities include communicating with international clients regarding project requirements, managing civil construction projects by coordinating schedules and resources, performing estimations, material take-offs, and cost analysis for civil, plumbing, and roofing works, assisting in planning and execution of construction processes while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, providing technical support and documentation for project-related activities, collaborating with internal teams and international stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations, and maintaining accurate project records, reports, and communication logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Prior experience in civil construction, project management, plumbing, or roofing.
  • Strong knowledge of estimations, BOQs, and take-off processes.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for international client handling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project) and estimation tools/software.
  • Good understanding of business processes, operations, and client service orientation.
