Job Title:

The role of a Security Supervisor is pivotal in ensuring the safety and security of premises, assets, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct Security Personnel during assigned duties to maintain a secure environment
  • Train Security Personnel in drills and procedures to enhance their skills
  • Deploy Security Guards strategically during shifts to ensure adequate coverage
  • Monitor logbooks for entry and exit of personnel, materials, vehicles, and stores at start and end of each shift
  • Conduct thorough checks and verification of incoming and outgoing materials/mails to prevent any potential threats
  • Oversee parking management and ensure overall vehicle security through effective control measures
  • Control gate access and manage vendor entries and movements to maintain a secure perimeter
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies including First Aid, Fire Alarms, and other crisis situations
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Matric pass as a minimum educational requirement
  • Preference given to ex-servicemen with relevant experience and training
