Job Title: Performance Marketing Expert

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC) expert to lead our team's daily account management on Google Ads.
  • The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Google Ads - Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, UACs, Youtube Ads and Google Analytics.
  • A key responsibility will be to understand client goals, create and execute strategies to exceed defined goals.
  • Ongoing monitoring and administration of web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools will also be required.
  • The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in SEM and PPC and possess strong analytical, organizational, project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily account management on Google Ads or other search platforms.
  • Create and execute strategies to exceed client-defined goals.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for Campaign Structuring, Targeting, Creatives, Betas and other facets of paid search.
  • Manage a team of around 3 people.
  • Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven 4-6 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads - Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, UACs, Youtube Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Analytical approach + Data-Driven Thought Process + Optimization mindset.
  • The ability to think creatively, own things and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Be accountable for the Monthly/ Quarterly Business Review meetings and showcase business growth.
  • Be responsible for Team Growth and planning personal development programs for subordinates.

About You:

  • You are a tech graduate/MBA with experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
  • You are passionate about Search and internet marketing.
  • You have an outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
  • You have high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
