Executive in Bancassurance

We are seeking a skilled Bancassurance professional to drive business growth through bank partner branches in Dindigul, India.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff to generate business through assigned bank branches.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for life insurance products by leveraging channel partners and local market knowledge of Dindigul.

Evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate service while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Graduation in any discipline is required; however, relevant experience may be considered as an alternative qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in life insurance is necessary to achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to leverage channel partners and understand the local market in Dindigul is highly desirable.
