Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned designer with expertise in translating technical complexities into user-centric solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end design across mobile, web, and enterprise platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft trusted user journeys for millions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement UX/UI designs that enhance the user experience and streamline complex processes
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all touchpoints
  • Design and develop innovative solutions that balance functionality and usability
  • Work with stakeholders to define and evolve design systems, UI kits, and reusable components that meet business needs
  • Ensure accessibility, performance, and trust in every design decision
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably in startups/SaaS
  • Proven track record of shipping successful B2C products and B2B platforms
  • Experience designing and leading complex systems, including dashboards, chat, calls, and fintech platforms
  • Strong mentoring skills and ability to own end-to-end design delivery
  • Bonus: Background in AI, security, telecom, or fraud prevention
Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC, Rive
  • Proficiency in motion/interaction prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Principle, or similar)
  • Familiarity with analytics/UX testing tools (Hotjar or similar)
  • Strong understanding of responsive, performance-first design across devices
Soft Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail, micro-interactions, and system thinking
  • Empathy for emerging markets, multilingual UX, and fraud-sensitive users
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
  • Excellent collaboration and communication in distributed teams
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or similar
  • Portfolio showcasing shipped products and detailed case studies
  • Bonus: Certifications in AI UX, behavioral design, or data visualization
