Key Responsibilities

  • Lead supply chain strategy: Build a scalable, agile, and reliable supply backbone for our growth.
  • Vendor & production leadership: Develop a strong ecosystem of processors and manufacturers.
  • Demand & inventory planning: Forecast and align supply with launches.
  • Operational excellence: Implement systems for sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics.
  • Team building: Hire and lead a high-performing supply team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 8–10 years in supply chain, sourcing, or production.
  • Strong foundation in education.
  • Prior experience in sourcing and supply chain is preferred.
  • Strong inventory planning, budgeting, and cost optimization skills.
  • Leadership skills to build teams and drive execution.
