Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and service new business leads for commercial spaces, including legacy brands, SMEs, start-ups, and co/managed working spaces.
  • Build and engage a community of real estate agents, builders, and other associates who can help drive growth in the space discovery, design, and build ecosystem.
  • Plan and execute ATL and BTL activities to create greater brand awareness among relevant stakeholders.
  • Day-to-day internal and external reporting and tracking of activities across lead generation, community development, and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Very strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.
  • A commercial real estate background is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong command of mathematical calculations and Microsoft Excel or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in big-ticket selling in a B2B domain is desirable.
  • Ability to travel intra-city and inter-city for specific projects if required.
