About the Role

Trianz is seeking a visionary and experienced Data Analytics Delivery Leader to spearhead our analytics practice. In this pivotal leadership role, you'll be responsible for driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of our data and analytics delivery tower.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Define the vision and roadmap for the data & analytics practice, aligning with Trianz's overall business goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the analytics domain, expanding our service portfolio and client base.
  • Delivery Excellence: Oversee the successful delivery of data and analytics projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, timelines, and budgets. Implement robust quality control processes to guarantee the accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness of our analytics solutions.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business challenges and data needs. Effectively translate client needs into actionable project plans, ensuring clear communication and exceeding expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Talent Development: Attract, recruit, and retain top-tier data and analytics talent, building a highly skilled and motivated team. Develop and implement training programs to ensure your team possesses the latest technical expertise and industry knowledge in data management, analytics, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in the data and analytics domain, with a proven track record of leading successful data and analytics projects.
  • Strong understanding of various data management and analytics methodologies (e.g., data mining, machine learning) and their application across different industries.
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning, model deployment, and monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • Proven leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team of data and analytics professionals.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving data and analytics landscape.
What You'll Do:
  • Define, lead, and continually monitor all project activities delivered by the team, ensuring adherence to delivery methodology, quality standards, and architectural principles, as well as the delivery of business goals.
  • Implement best practices in AI Ops, ML Ops, and LLM Ops to enhance model performance and managing CI/CD integration for the same.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement in delivery approach, technology choices, and execution, aligned with values and goals.
  • Leverage leading-edge technology solutions, proactively improving delivery tools and processes by challenging, innovating, and evolving established practices.
Education:
  • Engineering from IIT/BITS/REC and other premier institutions.
  • MBA or Executive MBA from ISB/IIM or a Top Business school.
