Loss Prevention Professional

The Loss Prevention Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees. This includes patrolling all areas of the property, securing rooms, and assisting guests with room access.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular emergency response drills and daily physical hazard safety inspections to identify potential risks.
  • Investigate incidents thoroughly, interview witnesses, and document findings to prevent future occurrences.
  • Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems to maintain situational awareness.
  • Authorize and document access to secured areas to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide assistance during emergency situations, ensuring the well-being of both guests and employees.
Additional Accountabilities
  • Train and motivate employees to adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of compliance and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, driving continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while relevant work experience and supervisory background are preferred.
