Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Manager

This is a highly challenging and rewarding role that oversees the maintenance of electrical systems in our plant. As the Electrical Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising all electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Activities:
    • You will prepare and implement detailed maintenance procedures to ensure safe activities, ensuring timely implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, monitoring performance and maintenance cost for various equipment.
    • You will recommend alternative maintenance frequencies based on equipment history or regular monitoring surveys.
  • Stores Consumables:
    • You will review requirements for new equipment or major repairs, evaluate existing proposals, and raise recommendations to optimize consumables consumption as per annual business plan.
    • You will ensure no material shortage and delivered materials meet required standards.
  • 5S & Safety:
    • You will ensure daily 5S activities on the shop floor and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees.
    • You will establish an accident-free workplace with a conducive work environment.
  • Innovation, Automation & Continuous Improvement:
    • You will drive continuous improvement projects for improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
    • You will perform 7 QC tool-based analysis on quality-related issues and suggest changes.
  • People Management:
    • You will complete departmental performance reviews in a timely manner.
    • You will assess individual skill levels and improve them through training programs.
