Project Director

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Director to lead the execution of architecture design projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project management from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed to the required quality standards through effective coordination and communication with stakeholders and team members.
  • Manage project changes and issues, ensuring that they are identified and resolved in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.
  • Oversee project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure their optimal utilization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation to support informed decision-making.
  • Provide regular project progress updates to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions to continually enhance project management processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in project management in architecture design.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, including strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex project challenges.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools to streamline workflow and improve productivity.
