As a strategic business leader, this role plays a pivotal part in driving accurate and timely master data management across SKUs, pricing, recipes, and store details. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams is essential to support scalable finance operations aligned with organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain master data for SKUs, prices, recipes, and store profiles ensuring high standards of accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the development of new products by ensuring accurate setup of SKUs and recipes within the system.
  • Work collaboratively with F&B, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing teams for seamless data alignment and validation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for SKU corrections, reporting, and system mappings.
  • Closely work with the Technical team for successful system implementations and deployments.
  • Maintain rigorous data quality control measures for internal and external reporting.
  • Regularly review, validate, and update master data for consistency and correctness.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA (Finance or related field).

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar MDM or finance support role.

Technical Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of business processes and workflow approvals.
  • Advanced MS Office skills particularly in Excel.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and data management tools.
  • Ability to manage and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
