Our current GMV stands at around 80 crores/month, and we are aggressively expanding into new cities while penetrating existing markets. With our innovative approach, we are poised to capture the massive and broken market in India, where Indian real estate is expected to reach $1 trillion by 2030.
The Role:
We are seeking results-driven sales professionals to join our outside sales team to help us meet customer acquisition and sales targets. An exceptional outside sales representative should demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with all current and potential customers regularly, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory.
- Leads will be generated in-house and prefixed meetings will be assigned by our pre-sales team to the respective team members.
- Identify and pursue sales leads, and prospective new clients, and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages.
- Data-centric approach and come up with smart and efficient processes for an amazing customer experience.
- Developing sales strategies and following up on business leads and referrals.
- Conducting presentations and product demonstrations.
Your Background:
We are looking for candidates with minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales. You should have high energy levels, be willing to learn, and open to new challenges. Past experience working in construction or real estate is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
