Job Title - Chief Executive Officer

About the Position:

We seek an accomplished leader to spearhead our manufacturing business in mechanical engineering solutions. The Chief Executive will be responsible for outlining the company's strategic roadmap, driving operational efficiency, ensuring financial growth, and positioning the business as a global market leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Direction
    • Develop and implement the company's long-term vision and growth plan.
    • Promote product innovation, technology adoption, and R&D in mechanical engineering.
    • Identify and expand into new domestic and international markets.
  • Operational Effectiveness
    • Maintain efficiency, quality, and productivity in all manufacturing operations.
    • Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 practices.
    • Evaluate compliance with industry, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Financial & Business Performance
    • Own and deliver the profit-and-loss statement, budgets, and financial forecasts.
    • Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
    • Develop new revenue streams and strengthen customer relationships.
  • People Leadership
    • Cultivate and lead a high-performing executive and management team.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
    • Lead workforce planning, skills development, and succession strategies.
  • Stakeholder & Market Engagement
    • Collaborate with the Board of Directors on strategic decision-making.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, industry bodies, and regulators.
    • Represent the organization as a mechanical engineering industry leader.
