Transformative ventures require visionaries who can navigate ambiguity and drive execution. As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will collaborate with our leadership team to identify, explore, and potentially launch high-impact projects.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founding team across key strategic initiatives — from market discovery and product ideation to business model design, investor documentation, and go-to-market planning. The EIR will be responsible for conducting deep market research, competitor mapping, and customer discovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and validate new venture opportunities aligned with our mission
  • Develop strategic proposals, business cases, and execution roadmaps
  • Lead or support investor documentation, including pitch decks, financial models, and narrative building
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to define MVP specs and growth plans

You Will Be:

  • A former founder, early startup operator, or domain expert with strong entrepreneurial drive
  • Comfortable navigating uncertainty and taking ownership
  • Strong business acumen with a knack for spotting market gaps and validating hypotheses
  • Excellent communicator — able to craft compelling narratives for investors, partners, and teams
