This role is responsible for leading the design, execution and management of building facades ensuring project compliance quality and timely delivery.

About the Role:

  • Developing and managing project plans timelines and budgets for facade projects
  • Interpreting architectural designs creating facade models and proposing design solutions
  • Collaborating with design teams architects contractors and subcontractors to ensure seamless interface and coordination of facade elements
  • Inspecting and supervising facade construction ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
  • Monitoring and managing project budgets identifying potential cost overruns and proposing cost-saving measures
  • Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders including clients project managers and consultants
  • Addressing technical challenges resolving conflicts and implementing solutions to keep projects on track
  • Ensuring effective contract implementation between client and organization

About You:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Civil
  • 12 years or more relevant experience
  • Should have completed at least 1-2 high-rise museum multiplex projects end-to-end during tenure
  • Candidate with experience working with project management consultancy would be preferred
  • Technical awareness of civil electro-mechanical and architectural works
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
