Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IAM Developer to support the migration of market-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful migration of applications while maintaining compliance, security, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate market-based applications to SailPoint IdentityIQ with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Design, develop, and configure IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ to meet business requirements and enhance user access controls.
  • Integrate various market-based applications into SailPoint to ensure seamless IAM processes.
  • Develop custom workflows, connectors, and rules within SailPoint to support unique application requirements.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated applications to ensure accuracy, functionality, and security.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for the IAM environment, including migration processes, configurations, and customizations.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to application migration, access control, and IAM integrations in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate and ensure that all IAM processes and configurations comply with regulatory and organizational security standards.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to IAM processes, tools, and practices to enhance security and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience as a SailPoint IAM Developer, with a focus on IdentityIQ.
  • Proficient in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, including workflows, rules, and connectors.
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, including RBAC, provisioning, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Java, BeanShell, or PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory) and SSO solutions.
  • Experience in integrating and migrating applications within an IAM framework.
  • SailPoint certifications are a plus.
