JOB DUTIES

  • ">
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for processing information provided by project engineers, ensuring accuracy and clarity in CAD deliverables.">
  • This role requires proficiency in creating various types of engineering drawings, including control panel designs, P&IDs, loop diagrams, network architecture drawings, and instrument install details.">
  • Responsibilities include taking conceptual rough plans, vendor drawings, and other relevant documents to create final design plans.">
  • The ideal candidate should have the ability to design and map out engineering drawings, including panel layouts and interconnection drawings, as well as schematics.">
  • Scaling mechanical drawings and working with Revision Clouds and Triangles/Notes are also key aspects of this position.">
  • A Bill of Materials (BOM) for all equipment associated with the panel design must be created.">
  • In concert with the project engineer, the drafter will perform design review from third-party contractors or clients and implement supplied equipment into the design as applicable.">
  • Accuracy of completed CAD drawings is crucial before submitting the drawing package for quality review.">
  • The drafter will revise drawings based on submittal comments or field-redlined drawings and generate accurate updated drawings for resubmittal, IFC, As Built, and As Installed.">

  • At least 6 years of related experience in control system engineering work are necessary.">
  • A minimum of 4+ years of AutoCAD-Electrical experience is mandatory.">

  • Proficiency in reading and understanding P&IDs, electrical schematics, and one-line diagrams is required.">

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software, especially Excel, is required.">
