About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IBM Sterling B2B Integrator administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, including working knowledge of IBM Transformation Extender Advanced (ITXA), Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes, and Helm.

This is a 24/7 rotational role that includes owning escalations, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain reliable, high-performance IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments.
  • Design and deploy integration workflows that meet business requirements and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to implement and support transformation flows using IBM ITXA.
  • Operate within containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments.
  • Act as Duty Manager during on-call shifts: manage incidents, coordinate response efforts, engage cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
  • Support hybrid cloud integrations and contribute to the evolution of cloud-native architecture and automation.
  • Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices for ongoing support.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Experience or foundational knowledge in OpenShift or Kubernetes container orchestration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.
  • Strong experience with IBM ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of integration patterns and system configurations.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
