Financial Accountant Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing financial systems using various tools such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, and CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post financial statements, including daily bank transactions and monthly reconciliations in NetSuite.
  • Record journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and balance sheet items.
  • Ensure timely filing of Sales/Use Tax returns and support tax compliance.
  • Process vendor invoices, credit memos, and 1099s via Bill.com.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 2–5 years of experience in general accounting; AP experience is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in software applications like NetSuite, Bill.com, QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working remotely with US clients is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, organized work style.
