Artificial Intelligence Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior AI Specialist to lead the development, deployment, and optimization of intelligent systems that leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design & Development:
    • Create advanced agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, memory, and self-refinement.
    • Tune and deploy large language models (LLMs) for specific tasks like text, image, or code generation.
    • Integrate multi-modal models for richer agent interactions.
  • Autonomy & Task Execution:
  • Build AI agents that can independently plan, execute, and monitor workflows across tools and platforms.
  • Develop agent memory, reflection, and context-awareness mechanisms.
  • Tooling & Frameworks:
  • Work with and contribute to agent frameworks or custom-built systems.
  • Optimize model performance, latency, and cost using techniques like LoRA, RAG, distillation, and quantization.
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to co-develop AI-first features and applications.
  • Mentor junior AI engineers and guide technical direction.
  • Ethics & Safety:
  • Implement alignment, safety, and guardrail mechanisms to ensure responsible agentic behavior.
  • Stay updated with regulatory and ethical considerations in AI deployment.
