Job Title: Nephrologist

This role is for a medical professional who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in dialysis, hemodialysis, and transplant nephrology. They will be responsible for overseeing and performing these procedures, as well as providing pre- and post-kidney transplant care.

The successful applicant will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to manage patient care and participate in hospital CMEs, clinical audits, and quality improvement programs.

About the Role:

This full-time position is based in Kolkata (Greater Kolkata Area). The successful applicant will be working in a 325-bedded multi-specialty hospital of international standards.

Requirements:
  • MBBS from a recognized medical college (mandatory)
  • MD (General Medicine) followed by DM (Nephrology) or equivalent DNB (Nephrology) from an NMC-recognized institute (mandatory)
  • Proven clinical expertise in dialysis, hemodialysis, and transplant nephrology
  • Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary hospital environment
