Lead a team of quality assurance engineers to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines in mobile application testing.

  • Ensure the effective management and coordination of QA processes, test strategies, and best practices for mobile app testing.
  • Perform thorough mobile application testing (Android & iOS) with expertise in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and debugging tools.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, and QA reports to ensure high-quality releases.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 7–9 years of total experience with at least 2–3 years as a Test Lead/Team Lead.
  • Strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing (manual and debugging).
  • Proficiency in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and mobile debugging tools.
  • Experience managing a team of 5–8 QA engineers, with proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

Preferred skills include:

  • Exposure to mobile test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Postman, or similar QA tools.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, capable of leading a QA team, and experienced in setting up and managing QA processes.

If you have a background in banking domain applications (lending, loans), that's a plus.
