ERP Quality Assurance Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our ERP solution by creating and executing test cases.

Analyzing test results, providing feedback to functional and development teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the ERP solution meets quality standards.
  • Identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve them efficiently.
  • Providing expert-level knowledge of Oracle Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Collaborating with product owners and business analysts to define acceptance criteria and ensure accurate feedback is provided.
Requirements:
  • Profound understanding of Oracle Financial ERP databases, tables, and fields, including SQL and PL/SQL querying and architectural designs of test automation.
  • Extensive experience working closely with product owners and business analysts to capture acceptance criteria accurately and provide feedback as needed.
  • Good working knowledge of Oracle Financials modules from a data and process end-to-end flow perspective, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Device Lifecycle Management (DLM) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  • Source to Pay (STP), Plan to Deliver (PTD), Order to Cash-Fulfillment (OTC-F), and Order to Cash-Partner (OTC-P).
  • Project to Retire (PTR), Record to Report (RTR), Business Performance Management (BPM), SCO (Supply Chain Orchestration), and PO (Purchase Order).
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for integration with test automation tools.
  • Skills in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) for designing test automation of Oracle ERP data flows.
  • Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or other similar tools.
