Senior Graphic Designer Job Opportunity

Are you a skilled graphic designer looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept & Campaigns: Develop creative ideas and visual concepts for multi-channel campaigns, translating briefs into compelling narratives and branding assets.
  • Digital-first Design: Create platform-ready digital assets for social media, display ads, landing pages, email headers, website hero banners, and content hubs, ensuring pixel-perfect quality and meeting performance metrics.
  • Brand Stewardship: Establish and maintain brand guidelines, component libraries, and templates, guaranteeing consistency across touchpoints and upholding our unique visual identity.
  • Art Direction: Guide photoshoots/illustrations; source or brief visual assets; set tone for motion where relevant, showcasing expertise in visual storytelling.
  • Collaboration & Handover: Work closely with cross-functional teams (copywriters, media, dev) to deliver high-quality files, prepare exports/specs for various platforms, and foster effective communication.
  • Iteration & Performance: Analyze creative testing/analytics to refine designs, interpreting results to optimize A/B learnings, thumb-stop rate, CTR, readability, and overall performance.
  • Quality & Speed: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high craft standards under tight deadlines while keeping timelines on track.
  • Mentorship: Review work, provide actionable feedback, and help develop skills within the design team, promoting growth and excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (layouts, components, auto-layout), as well as experience with HTML5 banners and responsive web layouts.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy, coupled with excellent composition and iconography/illustration skills.
  • Fluency in exporting/optimization best practices for web and email, including proficiency in platform specs (sizes, safe areas, file weights).
  • Ability to quickly conceptualize from minimal briefs, present work clearly, and justify decisions based on brand and performance goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills, versioning discipline, attention to detail, and comfort with feedback/iterations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design/Visual Communication or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred):

  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects); simple micro-animations for social media/ads.
  • Experience working with front-end teams or collaborating on complex web projects.
  • 3D/CGI (Blender/C4D), photography/retouching, or illustration expertise.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing, creative analytics, and rapid experimentation.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for ideation and variations.
