Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Continuity Manager professional. The role will be based out of Bangalore and requires strong knowledge of enterprise Business Continuity planning. This middle management role reports to the Associate Group Manager Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage business continuity plans across various locations.
  • Partner with departments to develop and maintain business impact analysis and business continuity plans in accordance with pre-defined program requirements.
  • Consult with plan owners and coordinators to complete the annual lifecycle of business impact analysis, BC plan update, walkthroughs, and sign off.
  • Provide support to plan owners at the time of an event and be available as per rotation followed by the team.
  • Support the Enterprise Business Resilience Program with data governance.
  • Develop and maintain a robust business continuity plan aligning with current business conditions and corporate defined standards and framework.
  • Monitor data quality and generate regularly scheduled reports.
  • Prepare ad-hoc presentations and create dashboards using tools like Tableau, Riskonnect, Everbridge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in managing business continuity planning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a geographically diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills for facilitation, documentation, and reporting.
