Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Expert to join our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that showcase regional cooking traditions.
• Consistency and Quality: Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene across all dishes by implementing efficient kitchen operations and training junior team members.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and train junior chefs to enhance their culinary skills and contribute to the growth of the team.
• Kitchen Operations: Work closely with the Sous Chef to maintain efficient kitchen operations, manage inventory, and minimize food wastage.
• Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to optimize food procurement processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional kitchen experience in quality hotels or resorts.
• Expertise in Indian, Chinese, and regional cuisines with knowledge of traditional cooking methods.
• Strong communication and team-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
