Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud architecture for Stefanini, ensuring availability, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure.
  • Provide expert-level support for Azure environments, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to cloud services, networking, storage, and virtual machines.
  • Develop and maintain cloud solutions based on business requirements, leveraging Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL Database, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and migration across cloud providers.
  • Automate cloud infrastructure using tools like ARM Templates, Terraform, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud systems using Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Stackdriver, or equivalent monitoring tools.
  • Implement and manage security controls across cloud platforms, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Assist in the migration of on-premise applications to cloud-based architectures, including re-architecting and re-platforming applications as needed.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and best practice initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience working with cloud platforms, specifically Azure, with additional experience in AWS and GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure services including compute, storage, networking, and security.
  • Proficiency with AWS and GCP services and the ability to work across multiple cloud environments.
  • Experience with cloud automation tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, CloudFormation, Bash, PowerShell, and Ansible.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPC, VPN, subnets, DNS, load balancers, firewalls) in cloud environments.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving L3-level issues in cloud infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and compliance standards.
  • Experience in monitoring and optimizing cloud environments using tools like Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, or Prometheus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on automation, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert AWS Certified: Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator Google Professional Cloud Architect or equivalent.
