At SkillCircle, we are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our Collections team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contacting customers via phone to remind them of overdue payments, negotiate payment plans and terms, and address customer inquiries and issues related to their accounts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism, and a proven track record in customer service or a similar role. You will work collaboratively with the collections team to improve collection rates and processes, adhering to company policies and procedures regarding debt collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers via phone to remind them of overdue payments.
  • Negotiate payment plans and terms with customers to facilitate timely payments.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to their accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers.
  • Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure payment commitments are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while managing difficult conversations.
