Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a DLP Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing various DLP solutions on Windows and Linux environments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about data security and has experience in managing teams and implementing DLP solutions.

Required Qualifications
  1. 5 years of experience in Cyber Security or Information Security with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Forcepoint DLP
  2. Hands-on experience in commissioning and implementation of various DLP solutions on Windows and Linux environments and integrating with various tools such as AD, IAM, SIEM, Web, Email, etc.
  3. Experience in automating processes using scripting as per the capability of the tool
  4. Understanding of data classification
  5. Experience in managing policies and exceptions, adding exceptions to policies based on pre-defined criteria, monitoring of endpoints, Web, Email, etc. and analyzing data produced by client DLP system
  6. Knowledge of BCP/DR of DLP
Responsibilities
  1. Defining and deploying DLP endpoint profiles
  2. Adding and managing access roles in DLP (super user / system admin / policy manager / incident manager / external auditor)
  3. DLP server upgrade activities (backing up and archiving old incidents)
  4. Developing DLP incident management and escalation workflows as well as documenting DLP processes and procedures
