We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Guest Services Specialist to join our team at The St. Regis Goa Resort, an exclusive resort nestled in 49 acres of lush gardens along the pristine Mobor Beach.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service in a luxury setting and have a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver world-class guest experiences.

As a Luxury Guest Services Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest feels welcome and well-cared for during their stay with us. This includes providing personalized attention, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations in every way possible.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to think on your feet. You will also need to be knowledgeable about our resort's amenities and services, as well as the local area, so that you can make informed recommendations to our guests.

In terms of compensation, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
