The job involves managing a company's tax obligations by ensuring timely filings of GST returns. This includes preparing and submitting GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9 forms within the prescribed deadlines. Additionally, the role requires handling GST audits and staying updated with changes in GST laws to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and submit export documentation such as shipping bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
  2. Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth clearance of shipments.
  3. Manage foreign inward remittances by clearing Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs) and ensure compliance with FOREX regulations.
  4. Reconcile accounts related to export sales and provide accurate reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in GST compliance and export documentation.
  • Strong understanding of GST laws, export procedures, and customs regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Busy accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with accuracy and efficiency.
