Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Performance Analytics (V3 or V4 certified).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet business needs, with a particular focus on performance analytics, dashboards, and reporting. This includes:

  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules with an emphasis on Performance Analytics (minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience).
  • Develop dynamic reports, scorecards, KPIs, and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to support organizational workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, effective solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, maintaining data integrity and performance optimization.
  • Manage platform upgrades, patches, and feature enhancements.

This role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Dedicated experience in Performance Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Reporting.
  • Solid grasp of ITIL processes and their application within ServiceNow.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Performance Analytics Certification (V3 or V4) are highly desirable.
