Looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Webflow Developer.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to build and manage high-quality marketing web properties. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will create engaging online experiences that drive conversions and meet business objectives.

  • Develop responsive web pages and landing page concepts in collaboration with designers and the marketing team.
  • Monitor site performance, run regular audits, and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Analyze conversion rates, traffic, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create innovative interactive concepts using Webflow, incorporating your observations and learning.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the space.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
