MIS Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to lead our MIS function. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, expertise in data tools, and the ability to convert data into actionable insights.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and manage MIS reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex data sets to support business growth initiatives.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports using advanced analytics software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports to decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and strategic planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of proven experience in Business Intelligence or a similar role.
  • Expertise in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas) and/or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
