Motion Graphics Specialist for International Content Creation

The successful candidate will be responsible for adapting CGI content, creating graphical elements, building scenes, and ensuring project deliverables meet client specifications. A strong eye for detail and excellent technical knowledge of industry standards are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Adapt CGI content from source masters or builds to produce multiple language versions and aspect ratio deliverables.
- Create, amend, remove, recreate, and realign graphical 3D elements, texts, logos, photorealistic designs, product packs, textures, backgrounds, etc., as per brief.
- Build scenes and render out passes for image compositors as per the brief given by producers.
- Share information on errors, missing assets, mistakes in briefs, etc., as constructive feedback with all levels of the team, onsite, agency, and client.
- Learn and follow brand guidelines and client-specific information to use logos, fonts, and colors appropriately on projects.
- Ensure every project meets broadcast, theatrical, and streaming platform specifications following cultural standards and legal compliances.
- Manage consolidation and archival of projects after completion and advise better process methods based on project learnings.
- Candidate should have deep expertise in at least two of the following 3D CGI skillsets: modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, shading, rendering, dynamics, and effects.
- Hands-on experience working on Trailers, Promos, Advertisements, and other short-form works.
- Expert skills and practice using Cinema 4D, After Effects, and Photoshop, with basic experience using software like 3DS Max, Maya, ZBrush, and Nuke.
- Well-experienced in using rendering engines like VRay, Redshift, Octane, etc.
- Basic understanding of Adobe software packages like Illustrator, InDesign, Animate, Acrobat Pro, etc.
- Good technical knowledge of industry standards and specifications covering formats, codecs, aspect ratios, fps, title safety, statutory warnings, etc.
- Experience working on projects delivering to Broadcasting stations and OTT platforms for international agencies, clients, and post houses.
- Good understanding of Windows and Mac OS and standard desktop applications.
- Good experience handling MS Office applications and Video Conferencing applications.
- Professional English language and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
