  • Develop and execute end-to-end QA strategies, incorporating test automation and exploratory testing to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable feedback, leveraging your expertise in shift-left and shift-right testing best practices.
  • Coach and mentor teams on quality, testability, and resilience, empowering them to deliver exceptional results.
">Requirements:">
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing; 3+ years in automation with JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Strong background in API testing, BDD/TDD, and working with distributed systems
  • Familiarity with SQL, Git, Jira, and CI tools like Jenkins/GitHub Actions
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
