We're looking for a professional with expert social media design skills and website management experience. This role combines creating engaging visual content with driving audience engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling social media posts, stories, reels, and campaigns across all major platforms.
  • Produce high-quality digital and print assets using Canva.
  • Develop and maintain visual content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
  • Manage and update company websites built on Wix, ensuring fresh, accurate, and optimized content.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to maintain consistent brand identity.
  • Create high-converting email campaign templates and digital marketing assets.
  • Optimize website for usability, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and refine design strategies based on engagement data.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Canva.
  • Extensive hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing Wix websites.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating platform-optimized content that drives engagement.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, platform specifications, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to create content that aligns with brand voice while maximizing reach and engagement.
  • Solid understanding of brand consistency, visual storytelling, and audience psychology.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing funnels, and web analytics.
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru, India for full-time office-based work.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics for social media.
  • Understanding of paid social advertising design requirements.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC content creation.
  • Analytics experience (Google Analytics, social media insights, engagement tracking).
  • Previous experience in an agency or fast-paced startup environment.
