Job Description:

We're looking for a Content Creator Trainee to join our team. As a Content Creator Trainee, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing Reels, Stories, and short-form videos that showcase your creativity and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, audios, and pop culture moments to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging.
  • Collaborate with design, copy, and strategy teams to develop cohesive content strategies.
  • Manage and maintain the content calendar to ensure timely publication of content.
  • Occasionally jump in front of the camera or script fun, engaging content that showcases your personality.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 0–1 year of experience in content creation or social media.
  • A strong sense of visual storytelling and design.
  • Comfortable with mobile editing apps like CapCut/InShot.
  • A self-starter mentality with a passion for trend-chasing and creative problem-solving.
  • Bonus: Camera-friendly, voiceover-curious, or meme-savvy.
