Job Description:

As a Senior Economist, you will deliver strategic economic advisory services supporting client visions and guiding decision-making on complex projects.

This role involves developing regional, urban, and industrial plans using quantitative and qualitative methods. You will lead or contribute to business cases, feasibility studies, and economic impact assessments.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing plans for regions, cities, and industries
  • Leading or contributing to business cases, feasibility studies, and economic impact assessments
  • Collaborating with teams to deliver integrated project outcomes
  • Ensuring compliance with quality assurance and control standards
  • Supporting business development activities, including project proposals
  • Attending and leading client meetings, presentations, and workshops as required (travel may be involved)
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics or a related field
  • Master's degree (M.A or MBA) is advantageous
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, or project development roles
  • Demonstrated experience delivering economic advisory in real estate, transport, environment, tourism, and industrial zones
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
