About This Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage our master data set, develop reports, and troubleshoot data issues.

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A keen eye for detail and experience as a data analyst.
  • A deep understanding of popular data analysis tools and databases.
Responsibilities
  1. Manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
  2. Manage user access and roles.
  3. Ensure quality assurance of imported data, collaborating with QA analysts if needed.
  4. Plan and execute data set management.
  5. Process confidential information according to guidelines.
  6. Contribute to report development and analysis.
  7. Design and manage the reporting environment, encompassing data sources, security, and metadata.
  8. Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  9. Promote initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
  10. Evaluate tests and implement new or upgraded software, assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
  11. Generate reports from single or multiple systems.
  12. Troubleshoot the reporting database environment and reports.
  13. Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.
  14. Train users on new reports and dashboards.
  15. Offer technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in computer science.
  2. Work experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field.
  3. Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
  4. Ability to analyze existing tools and databases, providing software solution recommendations.
  5. Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms.
  6. High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
  7. Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
  8. Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
