Job Title: IBM BPM Developer

IMPRONICS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled IBM BPM Developer to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual with extensive experience in IBM BPM/BAW (Business Automation Workflow) to design and develop BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing code to create solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop BPM solutions using IBM BPM/BAW
  • Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into workflow solutions
  • Implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions
  • Integrate IBM BAW with other systems and applications as part of end-to-end business processes
  • Design and implement user interfaces for workflow applications, ensuring a user-friendly experience
  • Customize and configure IBM BAW components to align with specific business needs
  • Implement business rules and decision logic within the workflow processes
  • Conduct unit testing and participate in system testing to validate the functionality of developed workflows
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for workflow designs, configurations, and customizations
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing code to create solutions
  • Extensive experience working directly with clients as a technical consultant and experience in IBM BPM/BAW
  • Proven ability to work effectively as both a team leader and as a member of a small team of technical staff working in an agile development environment
  • Technical skills in BPM/BAW (BPEL, BPMN), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOAP, JSON, and IBM BAW REST Calls
