Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Python Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Python developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high-quality engineering.

  • Own the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable Python-based applications and APIs.
  • Guide the team in applying best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, testing, and DevOps.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and QA to ensure delivery of robust solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database schemas, queries, and migrations.
  • Oversee and contribute to the development of asynchronous systems using tools such as RabbitMQ.
