Cybersecurity Operations Center Lead

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Professional to lead our Security Operations Center (SOC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in incident response, threat hunting, and security analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect against emerging threats.
  • Leverage SIEM/SOAR platforms, endpoint detection and response tools, and network forensics to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cybersecurity capabilities and drive business growth.
  • Analyze security incidents to identify root causes and develop actionable recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with expertise in threat hunting, security analytics, and incident response.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, Windows/Linux internals, and cloud security.
  • Familiarity with compliance and standards: NIST 800-61, ISO 27035, CIS Controls, GDPR, and HIPAA.

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

  • GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Certified Incident Handler (ECIH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified SOC Analyst (CSA).
  • Preferred: GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI), GIAC Cloud Security Automation (GCSA), Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, and Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate.
