Job Title: Associate Manager Proposals

Job Description:

Fugro is seeking an experienced Associate Manager Proposals to join our team. As a key member of our proposal development team, you will be responsible for preparing tenders and proposals under the guidance of the Proposal Manager and Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and analyze client requirements to develop comprehensive proposals.
  2. Coordinate with subject specialists to ensure accurate and effective solutions.
  3. Collaborate with discipline specialists to develop cost analysis, cash flow projections, and risk assessments.
  4. Prepare bid clarifications and risk assessments to ensure proposal alignment with Fugro's Golden Rules.
  5. Compile proposals and bids while monitoring submission dates and potential overruns.
  6. Develop cash flow and project control workbooks, as well as approval presentations.
  7. Maintain bid folders and Avalon records throughout the bid phases.
  8. Assist in bid submission and follow up with clients after proposal submission.
  9. Support project handovers to Project Managers, including relevant documents upon contract award.
  10. Assist Commercial Managers and Business Line Managers in understanding project budgets and cash flows.
  11. Provide guidance on specific aspects to consider during proposal development.
  12. Stay up-to-date on technical solutions related to the business.
  13. Maintain tender documents with assistance from the Tender Coordinator.

Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Support Commercial Managers in preparing presentations and updating the CRM database.
  2. Track upcoming and ongoing tenders in the market and update win/loss decisions in the CRM database.
  3. Reinforce the Fugro brand by maintaining communication channels and creating corporate media.
  4. Assist in formalizing strategy, preparing approval presentations, and cash flow analysis.
