- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.">
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management on financial performance and project budgets.">
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.">
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and project outcomes.">
- Monitor cash flow and working capital, making recommendations for improving financial efficiency.">
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.">
Requirements:

- Minimum 5-10 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably within the IT Integrator or automation and solution providing sectors.">
- Strong understanding of project finance and accounting principles, including cost management and budgeting.">
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills.">
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.">
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.">
