Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our team at Capita, where you will play a key role in driving business growth through accurate forecasting and financial analysis. As a Strategic Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining forecasts of costs and benefits, revenue assurance, and leading the budgeting and forecasting exercise.
Your duties will include producing accurate and timely monthly reporting, managing month-end closure, reconciliations of working capital, and maintaining cash flow reconciliations. Additionally, you will deliver monthly and ad-hoc reporting as per deadlines/requirements and assist the finance team in streamlining existing processes and designing new reports and processes.
Key Result Areas:
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, accuracy in interpretation and analysis of data, accuracy in reporting and adherence to deadlines, and the ability to identify and implement process improvements. You should also possess excellent knowledge of MS Excel (XLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, text manipulation, data validation, etc.) and MS Office applications.
- Inter CA, CA, Inter CMA, CMA, MBA, M.COM qualifications are highly valued.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is required.
